Terms of Service
§ 1. Service Description & Privacy
1. The service is managed by GeT24 Ltd., registered on September 7, 2011, in Dover, Delaware, USA, with headquarters at Asia Square Tower 1, 8 Marina View, Singapore. GeT24 is a privacy-focused technical intermediary service that enables users to access files from external hosting providers through our secure infrastructure. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. We prioritize user privacy and anonymity. GeT24 operates under a strict zero-log policy regarding transmitted content. We do not store, monitor, or analyze the data passing through our servers. Your downloads remain exclusively your own business.
3. Only the minimum data required to maintain your account (e-mail address and hashed password) is stored. We do not collect, process, or share personally identifiable information with third parties.
§ 2. Intellectual Property & DMCA
1. GeT24 functions exclusively as a neutral technical intermediary (caching/conduit). We do not host, store, index, or provide search mechanisms for any user content. Access tokens are exclusively available to the users who initiate the transfers.
2. We respect the intellectual property of others and fully comply with Notice and Takedown procedures. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please submit a report via our /abuse page or email abuse@get24.org. Valid notices are processed expeditiously, typically within 24 hours.
3. We enforce a strict Repeat Infringer Policy and utilize automated technical solutions to proactively prevent the processing of known unauthorized content (Notice & Stay-Down).
§ 3. Acceptable Use
1. The user account is strictly personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable. Using the account for commercial or profit-making purposes, as well as sharing login credentials, API keys, generated premium links, or any other form of access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
2. The service is designed to facilitate the access of content to which the user holds a legitimate right. The user bears sole responsibility for the legality of the links they process.
3. Any activity that may negatively impact the service or other users is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: automated scraping, bulk processing via datacenter infrastructure (VPS, dedicated servers, proxies), circumventing rate limits, or any other form of abusive or anomalous usage.
§ 4. Fair Use & Service Availability
1. GeT24 operates as a shared service. To ensure stability and fairness for all users, Fair Use policies are internally enforced. The operator reserves the right to temporarily restrict speeds, access, or features if usage is deemed excessive or anomalous.
2. The list of supported external file hosting services may change at any time without notice. The temporary unavailability or permanent removal of specific hosts is an inherent characteristic of the service and does not constitute grounds for compensation or refund.
3. The service is provided on a best-effort basis, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee a specific service level, uptime, or availability.
§ 5. Payments & Refunds
1. All prices on the portal are gross prices. Orders are fulfilled automatically upon payment confirmation.
2. Due to the digital nature of the service, a refund is only possible within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used (0 bytes transferred). In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, once the service has been used, the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
3. Any unauthorized chargebacks, carding, or other abusive payment activities will result in permanent account termination. Attempting to circumvent any prior bans is strictly prohibited.
§ 6. Termination & Account Suspension
1. GeT24 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any account at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if it determines that the user has violated these Terms or engaged in any activity harmful to the service.
2. There are no refunds for accounts that have been suspended or permanently terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service.
§ 7. Limitation of Liability
1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeT24 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.
2. These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
§ 8. Complaints & Contact
1. Complaints, reports of abuse, or other inquiries can be submitted via the contact form, the /abuse page, or by email to kontakt@get24.org. Complaints should include data to identify the client, the subject, and the justification for the claim. We aim to resolve all matters within 24 hours.
